Terri Seymour buys her own house.

Terri Seymour, Simon Cowell’s girlfriend of five years, has independent means of her own and used them to purchase her own house. She worked as a TV presenter and has bought her own $4.6 million home. It is a bungalow style of mansion in Los Angeles. Her new house would be a few miles from Simon’s new house in Beverly Hills.

Terri’s new home would be huge for a single woman. It had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It had a good view of the surroundings and beyond as it was situated on a hill. Terri would be able to look across the city in a panoramic view. A house would be an investment and  Terri could not have made a better choice.
