It is time to renew the story on Kumari Fulbright.
Kumari Fulbright, the beauty queen who was accused of some charges against her ex-boyfriend, was out on bail. You can read about her case when it first broke out here. It was assumed that she would be allowed to return to her studies at the University of Arizona but the news came that she was suspended.

The judge in charge of her case, Pima County Superior Court Judge Richard Nichols, granted her permission to travel out of state to attend a family reunion in Texas. It was thought that she would not flee. Then later, she was granted permission to move to return to living in Texas, her native state.
Her alleged accomplice, Robert Ergonis, was captured by Swat police after a standoff with Tuscon SWAT. Her lawyer started hinting by pointing a finger at R. Ergonis. He alleged that Robert Ergonis was to blame.
Pima County in Arizona has changed the prosecution team for Kumari Fulbright to the state Attorney General’s office because Ms. Fulbright was friendly with a law clerk in the county’s office. They were afraid that it might prejudice the trial.
On March 15, it was known that the 4th suspect in the case had been arrested. The judge set a high bail of $500,000 for one suspect, named as David Wayne Radde. Ergonis had a bail of more than $200,000 because he had other federal charges against him. The others had bail set on $50,000, unless otherwise stated.
The kidnap/robbery case had a trial that was scheduled to start on April 1, 2008.

Kumari Fulbright, David Radde, Larry Hammond and a representative for Robert Ergonis appeared before Pima County Superior Court Judge Richard Nichols. They were given another date for a second case management hearing. The judge has ordered a subpoena of Kumari’s cell phone records. Kumari had to appoint a local attorney for her defense because her previous lawyer was not licensed to practice in Arizona.

Perhaps Kumari is full of it, we know that she was trying to get to her boyfriends record and dispose of it all her intentions were bad.
