Heather Mills wants gag order lifted.

Heather Mills has promised to return to High Court to fight a gag order that prevented her from diverging information on her marriage to Paul McCartney. She was angry at being labeled as a “fantasist” who exaggerated the extent of her worth before she met Paul. Heather wanted to appeal to the same judge who handled her case.

Heather’s argument would be that the court order should be lifted to give her a right to reply to defend herself. It seemed that the divorced couple would be having more dates in court. Paul could be called upon to give his evidence to prevent the gag order being lifted.

If Heather succeeds in her attempt, she would gain more lucrative deals in interviews and other contracts to discuss about her previous marriage.
