TMZ has confirmed even the name of the man who appeared in a few of the Kristin Davis sex photos. Kristin’s ex-boyfriend was Eric Stapelman. He worked as a chef in New York in 1992 when thise photos were taken. Sixteen years later, he has become the executive chef at Trattoria Nostrani restaurant in Santa Fe.

The photo scandal came in the wake of a promotion. The charity, Oxfam, placed an ad on e-bay to auction off a pair of tickets to meet-and-greet Kristin Davis at the premiere of Sex And The City: The Movie. The location would be at New York City. The scandal and the auction may or may not be related to one another but it would be a strange coincidence.
