Eva Longoria, the celebrity actress in Desperate Housewives, was capable of doing the disappearing act on her tattoo. Her right wrist was inked with the Roman numerals of her wedding date to Tony Parker, her celebrity basketball player husband. The numbers were “VII VII MMVII” and they appeared to be painted over by cosmetic makeup when she appeared in public for the opening of her restaurant named Beso, on March 6.

On March 13, Eva threw a birthday party to celebrate her 33^rd birthday and her wrist tattoo was visible. Tony was conspicuously absent from her party but it was assumed that his professional career with San Antonio Spurs took him away from home. The couple had always denied any rumors of marital discord.
