Tanya Tucker advises Kristy Lee Cook.

Kristy Lee Cook’s ex-manager, Marty Rendleman, said that Tanya Tucker called Kristy on Friday night. Tanya wanted to offer some advice to Kristy. Kristy had met Tanya before. She attended an Oregon country fair where Tanya was singing. Marty persuaded Tanya to let Kristy sing on stage. Tanya liked her so much that she took Kristy and her family backstage to spend some time there.

Marty has kept in touch with Tanya and told her that Kristy was competing in American Idol. Tanya called Kristy to encourage her. She told Kristy that she was pretty and had a good voice. She tried to give confidence to Kristy and told her to be herself.

The critics have predicted that Kristy might not make it much longer in A.I.
