Heather Mills & Paul McCartney divorce case finalized.

Heather Mills has hit the jackpot. She would receive her divorce settlement that was worth about US $92 million from Paul McCartney. Part of this would be an immediate sum of about $50 million.

The judge, Mr. Justice Bennett, has not told the divorced couple about his decision on the level of any annual payment. The official verdict will be announced on Monday. The judge had sent his preliminary judgment to the two teams of lawyers and told them not to reveal the details.

A source said that the judge was careful and thorough. He had gone into details to ensure that neither party would have grounds for appeal.
