American Idol said goodbye to David Hernandez.

Simon Cowell predicted correctly that David Hernandez would get the boot. He failed to get enough votes from 29 million Americans. David was philosophical about his defeat. He said that things happened for some reasons. He said that he would succeed. This would not be the end for him.

The critics said that David made the mistake of trying too hard. He went into overdrive. Even the normally reserved judge, Randy Jackson, said that David’s rendition was overdone.
