American Idol judge, Randy Jackson, releases new album.

America Idol’s Randy Jackson was a well accomplished singer before he became a judge on the TV show. He has released a new album called “Randy Jackson’s Music Club Vol.1” for this week. Guest singers included Joss Stone, Katherine McPhee, Elliot Yamin, Mariah Carey, Bebe Winans.

Randy said that his album would cover a wide range of repertoire and have something for all ages. He wants to cover all bases but it remains to be seen if that tactic will work. Randy told the answer to the question on everybody’s lips – he would not be singing in this album. He gave a frank confession. He honestly thought that he would not stand a chance to be a winner in American Idol if he entered into the competition.
