One of Amy Winehouse’s most embarassing moments.

Amy Winehouse was the star of Back To Black but her wallet and face were certainly in the red. Amy was almost left in the lurch when she discovered too late that her purse was devoid of sufficient money to pay her cab driver. She dashed inside her home to look for spare cash but emerged empty handed and red faced. Her knights in shiny armor were the paparazzi. They loaned her the cash to pay the cab fare.

Last year, the press revealed that Amy’s Mom, Janis Winehouse, was holding onto Amy’s purse strings tightly. She would allow $600 a week for Amy’s expenditure. Janis reportedly wanted to limit the amount Amy could spend on undesirable purchases.
