US Marines scandalized by animal cruelty video.

These stills were taken from the video before it was removed from You Tube.
A video on You Tube showed a US Marine throwing a puppy into a gully. The action supposedly took place in Iraq. A voice was heard saying that the act was mean. The video lasted only 17 seconds. It was viewed for over 8000 times before You Tube removed it from its website. The US military authorities were aware of this and are investigating the case.
The Marine who was involved in throwing the puppy was supposed to be a lance corporal, aged 22. He has since returned to Hawaii and his unit was based there. If the video was legitimate and the culprits found guilty, they could face a court martial.

Muslims believe dogs are a dirty animal, dirtier that swine actually and they are treated that way. So seeing a person toss a puppy in that part of the world is no shocker. Dogs are allowed to wander unabated, this means that these dogs go unchecked; they end up carrying rabies and other disease. More than likely, the serviceman was carrying out standing orders at the time not to allow any dogs near his area. At least he didn’t shoot it, shooting dogs on sight was a standing order at one time until the military started inoculating them against rabies.
