American Idol’s Amanda Overmyer has naked photos & DUI scandals.

American Idol’s season 7 has a rock and roll nurse, Amanda Overmyer, 23, who has a checkered past. She had been arrested for a DUI and has a string of 6 driving offenses.

On Oct. 14, 2006, Amanda was stopped by Crawfordsville, Ind., police for speeding. The officer noted that she had bloodshot eyes and her balance was poor. Her blood alcohol measure was 0.108 (above the legal limit of 0.08). She was in jail for 6 hours before her fiancé, Casey Taylor, posted bail for her.

Amanda has naked photos and they are being shopped around. It might be a matter of time before the photos appear. The news source asked American Idol’s spokesman about Amanda’s DUI arrest and naked photo scandal. The publicist said that, “FOX has declined to comment.”
