Gene Simmons sex tape Part 2.

Gene Simmons’ lawyers have taken steps to shut down the website that played a video of Gene in a sex act. The webmaster of the site has been ordered to cease showing the video because of copyright infringement. Gene’s lawyers said that the website had no right to use face paint to promote the sex tape because face paint was a trademark of KISS.

The sex tape was a very old one. The copyright belonged to Gene. He bought the tape a few years ago. The sex tape was recorded without Gene’s permission or knowledge. It could be illegal to run the tape on a public site.
