Anne Rice changes her mind about Lestat.

Anne Rice has revealed that she planned to write one last book about Lestat, the leading character in her vampire book series. She said that there was one more story that she needed to relate. Anne returned to the church after being an atheist for 30 years. Then, she declared that she would never write another vampire book.

You know how the saying goes; never say never. Anne has kicked her own promise aside and decided to write one last book on Lestat. Anne said that this last book would use a definite Christian framework. The focus would be on redemption. Lestat would be debating with himself about the existence of God in the new book.
