Britney Spears is granted visitation.

Britney Spears was allowed to see her two sons, Jayden James, one, and Sean Preston, two, again. She had no visitation since Jan. 3, which was the day that she refused to hand over her boys back to Kevin Federline’s body guards.

Kevin’s spokesman, Elliot Mintz, praised Jamie Spears, Britney’s Dad, for being responsible for bringing about this re-union. Elliot said that Jamie stabilized the environment around Britney. Jamie would be present during the visitation. He remained as the co-conservator of Britney’s estate despite attempts to remove him. Jamie’s lawyers have served papers to Sam Lufti. It was a restraining order to stay away from Britney.
