Court papers showed that Adnan Ghalib was secretly married to Chelsea Weinper in May, 2001, in the state of California. The couple filed for divorce 6 months after their marriage. They had separated after 85 days. They were granted a final divorce in July 2001. The normal legal process required more than 60 days to process a request for US residency.

The legal professionals said that if the government gave residency after the couple got divorced, and if the foreigner did not state that he was divorced, then he would be liable to get deported. Even if the man got married a second time to another American, he would still face deportation if there were legal inconsistencies with his stay in the US.

Adnan Ghalib’s marriage to AzLynn Elizabeth Berry was actually his second marriage in the US.

There are so many probabilities with the “if” in the case. Let’s wait to see who picks up on this.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears has been admitted into UCLA Medical Center. Her psychiatrist and the police made the decision, based on the circumstances. She would be staying there for the next three days, under the 5150 suicide watch. The judge on her case would make the medical decisions on her behalf.
