Emily Maitlis, a BBC reader at Newsnight, attended the Costa Book Awards in a red dress with a very low neckline. Emily, 37, showed her glamorous side that she once referred to as her “inner Jordan.” She showed that she was as fashionable as the former model Jordan (aka Katie Price). She had been photographed wearing glamorous evening gowns at various functions.

Emily caused an outraged response among the BBC viewers when she sat on her desk during one BBC news taping. She had her skirt hitched up above her knee because of her sitting position. Some viewers said that it was outrageous as that was a serious news show.
