Tasha Maltby, 19, described herself as her fiance’s (Dani Graves, 25) human pet. She walks around in public led by a metallic chain leash. This looked more like human bondage than a dog on a chain. They had been refused passage on a public bus because the driver said that he did not let “freaks and dogs like you on.” The couple had complained to the bus company about being victimized.
Tasha complained that it was discrimination and hate. She said that she had the right to live out her culture and choice of acting like a human pet. The couple started dating in July 2007 and got engaged in November.
The official of the bus company, Paul Adcock, said that the company would investigate this allegation of discrimination.
