Charlize Theron’s scandalous revelation.

Charlize Theron embarrassed herself by revealing her poor grasp of geography. She said that she visited Budapest, the capital of Turkey. She should have told that it was Istanbul. It was not a slip of the tongue when she repeated “Budapest” at least thrice during her talk to the reporter. This was during an interview to promote her latest movie, “The Valley of Elah.”

Charlize and her boyfriend, Stuart Townsend had backpacked around the world. She chanced upon the Istanbul International Film Festival and experienced the cultural festivities. Charlize said that she bought Turkish carpets, and did not stay in fancy hotels. She described some of her cultural experiences and said that she received plenty of attention.
