George Michael’s kiss and tell book.

George Michael, 44, ex-singer of Wham!, has signed a deal to write his autobiography with HarperCollins. This deal was one of the biggest in UK publishing history. It was a multimillion pound contract. The book whould be totally revealing and uncensored. George was expected to pen his words himself, without the help of the customary ghostwriter. It was expected that the book would be out in the autumn of 2009.

George’s manager, Andy Stephens, said that George would write the truth and that would be different from the stories published by the press. Belinda Budge, the director/publisher of Harper NonFiction UK, said that the celebrity memoir would be an exciting publishing event.
