Drug and sex scandal model Sophie Anderton’s new image.
Posted on January 12, 2008Sophie Anderton, 30, the model who was exposed as a call girl and drug addict, has found new love. She revealed that she was in a relationship with Ed Buxton, 32. Sophie had addressed a message of love to Ed on Facebook, the social networking website. The old story of the exposure of Sophie Anderton was written here. There was a link for NSFW photos in the old article.
If this was true, Sophie would have changed from her old self of selling “love” to finding love and exchanging love for free. Sophie’s friend, a secret source who spoke to the newspaper, said that she was in the process of sorting her life out. It was rumored that Sophie was afraid that her call girl and drug scandals had ruined her career. Sophie had checked into the Priory clinic before Christmas for her rehab.

Dear Sophie – I am looking forward to meeting you sometime in the future preferably over an informal lunch
In the meantime personally I hate witnessing injustice and this is why I am drawn to your involvement with the News of the World sting operation-
Personally I am a strong believer and supporter for the campaign calling for the global legalisation of all drugs
If you support this argument then it makes a mockery and highlights a legal argument you may have in a financial claim for damages against the News of the World.
I am not saying you are certain to win if you prosecute the News of the World -But in a criminal court of law The CPS would fail if it attempted to prosecute you for various reasons the way the evidence was secured was through entrapment and this would not be admissible in a court of Law
By this same standard it may strengthen your claims in a civil claim against the News of the World who were responsible for securing and publishing private information secured illegally through entrapment.
At very least you should be entitled to either compensation for entrapment secured for financial gain by the owners of the News of the World or a share of the gross royalties generated from the additional copies sold by the newspaper group.
As I recall you were at the time of this story being made public at the height of you popularity and this was a major scoop for the newspaper.Sophie in my opinion you should be able to resolve a nice out of court settlement for yourself to compensate you.
The News of the World are guilty of sharp malpractice and should be reported to the professional standards authority governing journalists. Its worth exploring Sophie ?
regards Paul Davis
