Britney Spears has appeared in public wearing her old wedding dress; the one that she got married in to her second husband, Kevin Federline. The grand occasion was a visit to a car showroom, with her current boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib.

Britney would not stay in one place for many hours because she feared that her family would send in reinforcements and force her to be committed into a mental institution for treatment. Britney was rumored to have told a friend that she would not allow herself to be committed. She was also firm that she would not lose her sons.
