Amy Winehouse has kicked off the New Year with a new blonde hairdo and some serious shopping therapy. She was spotted buying exercise and fitness equipment and makeup. Amy obliged her fans by posing for pictures with them.

Amy said that she was going to the gym, drinking water and eating right. She was on a self-correctional course. She was previously photographed as a suspected substance abuser and junk food fan. She revealed that she was a firm believer in self-help. She said that nobody could help sort out issues except oneself. Amy used her physical training sessions to occupy her mind and body in healthy pursuits.
