Beauty Queen Kumari Fulbright became a criminal?

This was the initial news/gossip/rumor. The legal system would be working on the case. It was assumed that the incidents happened as reported by the source.
Kumari Fulbright, who was crowned Miss Pima County (2005) and Miss Desert (2006), was also a University of Arizona law student and law clerk working for U.S. District Court Judge Raner Collins. She was indicted on 5 felony charges on Dec. 18. The accused crimes were armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two charges of aggravated assault with a gun.
Kumari Fulbright and 3 men tied up a man, aged 24, when they used plastic cable ties and duct tape on him on Dec. 8. They kidnapped him and held him against his will at 2 places in North Side and Midtown. The 4 suspects threatened the victim’s life, intimidated him with their pistols and robbed him of his wallet, cell phone, briefcase, and about $600.
Kumari bit him with her teeth, frightened him with a butcher knife and threatened to kill the victim. The drama eventually ended when the man snatched away Kumari’s gun and it fired. He dashed out of the house and screamed for help. The police checked his injuries and believed his story of his abduction.

Lets see 2 counts of aggravated kidnapping,assault with a deadly weapon,torture,extortion,robbery with a deadly weapon, she will get no less than 30 years, probably life with parole after 30. She should get the death penalty, but I dont write the laws.

If the boy friend was a thief he clearly deserves to have been punished, however it should of been handled by our men in blue by the power of the law.

Yep, I think the meth accusation might be right pokeyslim; look at the pot marks on her face. And she was already an unpretty woman to begin with (I don’t use the U word), nothing remotely attractive about her face in the other photos although she does have an awesome figure, but her booking photo HOT DAMN! But beauty contests are not just about physical beauty which is why, I imagine, she won some pagents. She seemed to have had a lot going for herself, but ruined behind a sorry no-count man. But if I had a dollar for everytime love made me do something crazy…Only time will tell if she can get it back together. I imagine that considering her past, her consequences won’t be too harsh, and she can put this behind her and focus on her future.

Please stop with all the negative comments. There’s only one side of the story. She’s not guilty until she has been convicted/trialed by her peers. I hope this is not the case with this story and I wish her the best of luck in this case and hope she can continue with pursuing her education.
Whether proven guilty or not, She was wrong. I agree she probably is on Meth either that or some other drug. Trust me Rose she is guilty her picture says it all. Messy hair, dialated pupils, rotten skin erm…Hellloooooo wake up and smell the damn coffee. The girl was NEVER attractive to begin with. Did you see the photo of her in black holding the guns? She looks like a guy in a blonde wig. Guilty and I hope she rots in a cell where she belogs. IF she is proven innocent I hope she says the hell away from a television she just humiliated herself.
