Sienna Miller celebrated her 26^th birthday on Dec. 28. Her steady boyfriend, Rhys Ifans, had written a special poem for her, using the romantic language of his native Welsh. He wanted to share his roots with Sienna. Rhys had also bought ten gifts for her. His friend had spoken to the press about all these details. This source knew that Rhys had ordered a Welsh designer-crafted ring for Sienna. Everybody was guessing that Rhys would be proposing again.

Rhys and Sienna supposedly started dating in Aug. 2007 and became inseparable. They had holidayed in Ibiza and Mexico. This was supposed to be a new photo of Amy Winehouse in her bikini, taken at a Caribbean resort. It looked like Amy had donned her old bikini from her previous holiday’s photo shoot. There might be a mistake in this because the news source did not clarify if this was a new or old photo.

Amy holidayed in Barbados with some friends. She paid £6000 for her first class tickets. The secret source said that Blake approved of her holiday as he knew that she was stressed and upset over the recent spate of arrests and turmoil. It was said that Amy made some New Year resolutions to turn over a new leaf and become clean.

Kylie Minogue has been awarded a surprise OBE by her adopted country, Britain. She said that she was honored and touched. Evidently, Queen Elizabeth appreciated her battle with breast cancer and soldiering on in her music career despite of her pain and suffering.

The OBE award was usually presented to icons of their industries. Kylie had been a singer for the past 20 years and was considered an icon in her field.

Kylie said that she appreciated the love, support and help given to her as she struggled to return to show biz. She was grateful that the difficult year had passed and she looked forward to 2008.

Nicole had spent her Christmas vacation in Sydney, after wrapping up filming for “Australia”, an epic romantic, adventure movie. The director was Baz Lurhmann. Nicole said that she would be cutting down her heavy acting work to be with her husband. She had a new film, called “The Reader”, which would be filmed in Berlin in Jan. 2008. Her co-star would be Ralph Fiennes. After this, we should expect a work hiatus from Nicole as she would be preparing for her first natural child.

Milo Ventimiglia has finally admitted that he had dated Hayden Panettiere and was still dating her. Milo revealed this at a pre-Christmas Water Grill party in L.A. Milo was covering up previously because he was afraid that Hayden had not turned 18 yet. He was 30 and would face unpleasant accusations if anything bad happened.

Milo was unreserved as he told everyone that Hayden was his girlfriend and he loved her. He sat with Hayden during the party and held hands with her. It is a bit too early to speculate what they might have done. Some gossips had guessed that Hayden had deceived everyone by pretending to be a sort of role model for morality.

Brandy Norwood would not be facing charges over the fatal car accident in 2006. The investigation revealed that the victim, Awatef Aboudihaj, had hit the car in front of her own. Awatef had braked hard before Brandy’s car made contact with hers. The L.A. City Attorney released the official version of the story after much debate within its office.

Brandy’s high profile lawyer, Blair Berk, said that the premature press release that accused Brandy of causing the fatal crash was unfair. She spoke on behalf of Brandy to express her gratitude for being safe even as another life was lost. Of course, there was sorrow over the death. Blair covered all grounds with her expert P.R. statements.

This child, a son, had emerged into the public eye after he, or his mother, desired to share the limelight. The glamour of Snoop’s new reality TV show, “Father Hood”, seemed too much to resist. The other woman is Laurie Holmond and the son’s name is Julian. Julian wanted to be on the Father Hood show since he was one of Snoop’s sons too.

When Julian was born, Snoop assumed responsibilities of his fatherhood. However in 2003, he suddenly stopped visiting Julian. Laurie had asked Snoop to resume visiting Julian but Snoop has yet to do so. She said that Julian spent time with his grandmother, Snoop’s mother, Beverly.
