Jessica Simpson’s “Blonde Ambition” was a DVD release because it could not make the grade for a cinema release. Then, it was given a big push and made it into the Texas cinemas. The whole of Texas saw only 8 movie theaters who accepted the challenge of bearing the costs to operate the cinemas that showed “Blonde Ambition.”

The news source estimated that at each screening, the average of 6 movie goers showed up. “Blonde Ambition” chalked up $1200 during the past weekend. There many new blockbusters that provided stiff competition. “I Am Legend” and “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” were among the top earners that took cash from cinema fans.
