Daniel Radcliffe took £2.2 million out of his £25 million bank account to buy a new SoHo condominium in New York. He has made it available for rental at £10,000 monthly. The apartment was on the 5^th floor of a 13 level building. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and floor to ceiling window to see the magnificent Manhattan skyline. This exclusive property had only 40 apartments to share the common facilities of a swimming pool, steam room and concierge.

Daniel has plans to perform in Broadway in Sep. 2008. He will appear as the naked man in Equus. He had already done the play in U.K. It caused a ripple but not an earthquake.
