Tara Newley, 44, is said to be following in the footsteps of her mother, Joan Collins. She has picked up Mum’s trait of having a toyboy. Tara’s lover is Paul Beck, 29. (Their photo is above.) Joan’s 5^th husband is Percy Gibson, 42. They have a 32 year age gap between them. Joan is supposed to be 74.

Tara explained that she fell in love with Paul. She said that she did not deliberately pick out a younger man. She had a daughter, Miel, 9, from her marriage to composer Michael Adam. She also had a son, Weston, from her relationship with Richard Skeates. Tara expressed hope that her life with Paul would be just as good as her Mum’s relationship with her Percy, despite their age gap. Anyway, the men share the same initial P for their first names. That could be something.
