Hollywood Celebrities inspired this jail-break.
Posted on December 19, 2007The Hollywood movie, “The Shawshank Redemption”, has inspired the successful breakout of 2 prisoners. Jose Espinosa, 20, and Otis Blunt, 32, concealed their tunnel behind posters of sexy models. Espinosa knew that he faced a minimum of 17 years imprisonment when his sentencing would be finalized on Jan. 25. Blunt faced robbery charges. They were held in New Jersey’s high security Union County Jail.
The cell mates used altered tools to remove the cell wall’s blocks. They crawled out and jumped off a 30 feet wall. The last obstacle was a barbed wire fence and then they were free. They left behind a note giving thanks and wishing someone Happy Holidays. The authorities were investigating to see if any prison guard assisted them.

They had used posters of beautiful bikini models to hide the entrances of their holes while they worked on them over the days. We had posted about this jailbreak here. [...]
