Nicky Hilton’s Engagement News

Nicky Hilton may be ready to think exchange vows again after her 2004 short-lived marriage to family friend and New York businessman, Todd Meister. Let’s hope these nuptials last longer than the three months Hilton spent with Meister (the marriage was annulled).

Nicky has been dating TV producer boyfriend David Katzenberg for a year. A source tells Star magazine, “David is planning to propose while they’re in Hawaii at the Hilton mansion. David already asked her parents for her hand in marriage at a recent family dinner.”

Katzenberg’s father is Dreamworks co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg. Nicky’s soon-to-be-fiance dated Mary-Kate Olsen for most of 2004.
