This Friday’s new movies.

1) Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007).
David Seville (Jason Lee) and his chipmunks; Alvin, Simon and Theodore create havoc again in this CGI-animated movie.
2) Arranged.
Rochel (Zoe Lister Jones) and Nasira (Francis Benhamou) are 2 women who have arranged marriages. They share their struggles as they cope with their lives.
3) Goodbye Bafana.
James Gregory (Joseph Fiennes) is the prison guard of Nelson Mandela (Dennis Haysbert). He is converted to question the prejudiced apartheid system.
4) Half Moon.
Mamo (Ismail Ghaffari) and Hesho (Hedye Tehrani) travel inside war torn Iraq and try to revive a traditional form of music.
5) I Am Legend.
This movie’s plot is from Richard Matheson’s book. Robert Neville (Will Smith) becomes the sole survivor of a plague that has turned everyone else into vampires.
6) The Kite Runner.
This is the story and a rich boy and a poor boy. They were BFF until their separation. They grow up to become rich man and poor man, apart. The rich guy decides to seek out his childhood friend out of guilt and curiosity.
7) Look.
The lives of 6 people are caught on tape. Their struggles are followed as the audience wonder how they are going to dig themselves out of the predicaments.
Youth Without Youth.
Dominic Matei (Tim Roth) travels all over Europe to seek shelter and refuge against the Nazis . They are after him and his secret.
