Britney Spears cast as Virgin Mary?

The French producer, Phillippe Rebboah, has expressed interest to hire Britney Spears. She would be offered a role as the Virgin Mary in a new comedy-satire called, “ Sweet Baby Jesus.” The film was scheduled to shoot in March 2008. He said that Britney Spears was checking his script.

The script would require Britney to act as a pregnant mother who delivers her baby on Christmas Eve. The setting’s location would be in Bethlehem, Maryland. There would be rumors from the local people that this birth was the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Phillippe said that he thought it was a brilliant idea to engage Britney for the movie.
