Jessica Alba A Prude?

Jessica Alba has repeatedly voiced her desire to be known as more than a sex kitten despite playing a provocative seductress in “Sin City” and stripping for various magazine photo sessions. Alba insists she’s famous in the movie industry for being shy.

She says: “Other than Sin City, I don’t really wear skimpy outfits in my movies. People know that I’m a prude. Word has gotten around.”

The actress has a no-nudity clause in her contract but agreed to bare her back for a scene in the new film “Awake.” Alba says about the racing scene: “That’s it. Above the waist, back. And nobody was in front of me but a wall.”

The Hollywood actress recently went on the record about her sexy image to Contactmusic saying, “I’d rather slay a guy with my fists than knock him out with the way I look. I know people like what they see and I’m totally happy to dress up and look sexy but I just see it as playing a part. Underneath I’d prefer to be known for something else, like being tough or being smart. It makes me feel more confident to know I can hold my own in a fight than it does to look in the mirror and think I look beautiful,” she added.
