Britney Spears Will Get Her Boys for Christmas
Posted on December 4, 2007It looks like Britney Spears will get to spend Christmas with her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, after a holiday schedule was worked out in a closed-door session yesterday with Los Angeles County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. Spears’ attorney Anne Kiley, and Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is handling the case for Kevin Federline, worked out the upcoming holiday season schedule for the children, which will allow Spears to see the boys on Christmas.
K-Fed had his sons over on Thanksgiving, while Brit got the kids the day before . According to the New York Daily News, Los Angeles Court Spokesman Allan Parachini stated, “there was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period. It’s different from the existing (custody) schedule.” As it stands right now, Britney Spears gets monitored visits with her sons twice a week, with one overnight stay.”
Despite K-Fed’s concerns over Brit’s driving and failed drug tests, his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan reports, “Kevin thinks it’s absolutely appropriate that they both get to see the kids over the holidays.”
Neither K-Fed nor Spears attended yesterday’s hearing.
