Jessica Sierra was charged and remanded.

American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra was in court to face charges on 2 felonies. They were – cocaine possession and battery. She was also slapped with 2 counts of misdemeanors of disorderly intoxication and obstructing justice. These were serious charges and Jessica faced 11 years imprisonment if she was found guilty.

Jessica was already on probation when she had violated it by her latest behavior. She was arrested at the Full Moon Saloon in Florida at around 2 a.m. on Saturday. The police instructed her to leave the club but she refused and thus was arrested. She was held at the Orient Road Jail without the option of bond.
