David Beckham Scores goals and fans.

David Beckham shared a 90 minute friendly soccer game with a crowd of 80, 000 fans at Sydney’s Olympic Stadium. Later, he met his interviewer to talk about his perfume range, called David Beckham Intimately.
David wooed his Australian fans. He thanked them for their support. He promised to bring his entire family to Australia on his next visit. He had a contract to play soccer for a minimum of 55 minutes but he obliged with 90 minutes! David showed his nice side. His team, Sydney FC, won 5-3, over Galaxy. The organizers, fans and sponsors were all over the moon with David Beckham. David is due to visit New Zealand on his next stop.

I think it was a good move by the LA soccer team to sign David, but I still don’t see an increase in soccer fans. I don’t think the US will ever take to the sport like the rest of the world does.
