Scandal on GMTV.

GMTV show host Lorraine Kelly had a shock when three models in stripper costumes demonstrated pole dancing to sell tights. The dancers lifted their legs high in the air to show the hosiery and more.

Lorraine was expecting a normal commercial to showcase fashionable tights for Christmas 2007. The show was aired before 9 a.m., when young children were still at their breakfast table. The pole dancing ad was deemed as adult entertainment and unsuitable for any early morning audience.

The TV watchdog, Mediawatch UK, has criticized this episode. However the TV channel defended itself. It said that pole dancing was an exercise and also a fun demonstration for the tights.
