I was disenchanted with Linda for the timing the divorce, could she not have waited out the fate of her son Nick before filing the papers? Obviously they were having marital trouble long before they found out what REAL trouble was (life, death, prison). It is important for them to keep a united front through Nick's upcoming trial. The stress of the tragedy was going to make or break them, it is not a wonder that they could not withstand the pressure on an already strained relationship. This is why I follow TMZ's statement that the divorce may be in fact a "ruse". Why else would Linda have felt such urgency after SO MANY YEARS with Hulk, could ONE MORE YEAR have been so impossible? And add the possibility of it being the MOST IMPORTANT YEAR of her son's life.
