The Hulk and Linda Hogan divorce may be a ruse in a scandal.

Hulk and Linda Hogan’s son, Nick, was involved in a car crash that critically injured his passenger, John Graziano. John’s divorced parents have employed separate attorneys to sue Nick Hogan.
John’s father, Ed Graziano, hired lawyer Kimberly Kohn. Kimberly claimed that the Hogans’ divorce is but a ruse to split their marital assets and protect them from claims. Then, the complaint could only claim from Terry Bollea’s ( aka Hulk Hogan’s) assets. There might be a grain of truth in this theory. Linda Hogan’s divorce petition has stated her claim for half of Terry’s assets. Nick, in his Toyota Supra car, was racing a family friend in a Dodge Viper vehicle when his Supra crashed. The amount of compensation the victim could claim depended on the cars’ owners.

Wow, so because Hulk is the car owner, he is the one being sued? So the the idiot kid, Nick won’t be responsible (besides him being 17)? Nick should be used as a crash test dummy for Yugo’s.

This “ruse” theory explains alot. I was disenchanted with Linda for the timing the divorce, could she not have waited out the fate of her son Nick before filing the papers?
Obviously they were having marital trouble long before they found out what REAL trouble was (life, death, prison). It is important for them to keep a united front through Nick’s upcoming trial. The stress of the tragedy was going to make or break them, it is not a wonder that they could not withstand the pressure on an already strained relationship.
This is why I follow TMZ’s statement that the divorce may be in fact a “ruse”. Why else would Linda have felt such urgency after SO MANY YEARS with Hulk, could ONE MORE YEAR have been so impossible? And add the possibility of it being the MOST IMPORTANT YEAR of her son’s life.
Thank you TMZ, the Hogan’s are not really our business-but smart reporting as you have given us does help to make sense of the amount of reality we do know of them (very little). Even though we have been invited into their home, as the song goes - “no one knows what goes on behind closed doors”.
My prayer for them is to find the love that once was for two, and is the reason now for a family of four. Also continue prayers for John’s family, as the holidays will inevitably make his absence from the table a reality-and I don’t mean CELEBreality as it is for us in TV/internet land…
