Breaking news – Pierce Brosnan is saved from trouble.

Pierce Brosnan was involved in a shoving match with a cameraman in Malibu in October. The District Attorney’s office from the L.A. County said that they could not find sufficient evidence to file a battery charge against Pierce. The prosecutors had nothing to file criminal charges upon Pierce.

Rob Rosen, the photographer who alleged that he was assaulted, told the news agency TMZ that he had talked to Pierce’s son and a few of the boy’s pals. Then he asked Pierce about his past experience acting as James Bond. Pierce became very angry and told him to get lost. Rob said that he suddenly swung a punch to his ribs. Pierce is lucky to walk free from this mess.
