‘Dancing with the Stars’ Finale

Marie Osmond, Melanie Brown and Helio Castroneves favorites will strut their best tonite as “Dancing with the Stars” wraps up another season.

Celine Dion, slated to perform on Tuesday’s results show, is a “tremendous fan” of the program. She recently said last week after taping her appearance, “I hope they invite me to dance. I’d love to.” Dion’s performance will include a production number built around her signature song, “My Heart Will Go On.”

Jonathan Roberts will be paired with Osmond, Brown with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Julianne Hough will be dancing with Indy 500 champion Castroneves for the final show.

Nearly 23 million viewers tuned in last year for the “Dancing with the Stars” finale. This time, the third-place contestant will be announced at the start of Tuesday’s show, and the remaining pairs will perform two last dances, which will help determine the winner. The ABC show averaged about 20 million weekly viewers for each of its twice-weekly episodes in the 2006-07 season.
