Amy Winehouse openly cried when her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was refused bail in court today. It meant that Blake would spend Christmas in jail. Amy managed to wipe away her tears and blew kisses at Blake. She also mimed the words, “I love you” as her affirmation of her loyalty.

It was reported that Blake shook his head in despair. He mimed an action of phoning. A reporter assumed that he also mouthed the words, “I’ll phone you baby.”

Blake’s application for bail was held in private because he did not want the public to sit in and learn about Amy’s financial details.

Blake managed a sad smile for Amy before he was taken back into jail.

On a cheerful note, Amy’s fans turned up at the courthouse to show their support.
