Samantha Janus’ sex scandal case has been resolved.

Samantha Janus, an actress in U.K.’s popular show called the “EastEnders”, has been awarded damages for a slander. The newspaper, “Sunday Sport”, had published a damaging story about her in July.

The story claimed that Samantha had a 3 hour long lesbian sex orgy. Her former boyfriend, Doug Harwood, was invited to participate. There was also another story of Samantha sharing sexual intimacy with a male model, Sean Moore, in a car. Samantha’s lawyer, David Price, clarified that the allegations were untrue.

The stories were printed with 2 topless photos of Samantha. The pictures were identified as being taken by her former boyfriend, Doug Harwood. They were not intended for public circulation.

The media parties who were involved in this scandal were ordered to pay Samantha for damages and legal costs.
