Miley Cyrus Confides in Oprah Winfrey

Pre-teens and teens across the nation tuned in to Oprah today to get the scoop on Disney sensation, Miley Cyrus. The fourteen-year-old confided in Oprah that she gets in trouble with her parents just like other kids do. There aren’t a lot of kids her age that get in trouble for spending too much money in one day - one of the things Miley, a.k.a. Hannah Montana, has gotten reprimanded for. Her parents were also unhappy when Miley lost a credit card according to the starlet.
Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, also appeared on Oprah’s program with his daughter. We were waiting for the TV talk show goddess to ask the country singer what it feels like to have a daughter who’s become a bigger star than he ever was. “Achey Breaky Heart” did cause its own sensation for awhile however in 1992 - along with Billy Ray’s mullet.
Miley said her mother encourages her to remain humble. She advises her daughter to model her attitude after Beyonce Knowles.
Oprah, the Queen of Surprises, invited 100 girls to the studio to compete for the title of biggest Hannah Montana fan. Miley susrprised the screaming, out-of-control adolescents with her appearance.
Miley is currently in the middle of her concert tour which boasts shows that have been consistently selling out in as little as four minutes. Scalpers have been fetching outrageous prices for the tickets to what has been billed the hottest concert of the year.
