Amy Winehouse is not arrested yet.

Amy Winehouse broke the rule by smoking on the plane. Her flight was only 1 hour long from London to Glasgow. She locked herself in the toilet for 3 times. Each smoking session lasted 10 minutes. The passengers and cabin crew claimed that the toilet reeked of smoke after Amy had used it.
There were conflicting reports about how the cabin crew handled the situation. Sources said that one air stewardess had announced over the public address system that someone had been smoking in the toilet. A passenger claimed that Amy was not alert enough to realize that she was being talked about. However, the airline has denied making the announcement. It has also not made a police report about the smoking incident on the plane.
