Rob Zombie and PETA fight for the turkeys before Thanksgiving on Nov. 22, 2007.

Rob Zombie

Rob Zombie has recorded a message for PETA’s hotline. He talked about how the turkey supplier, Butterball, tortured their turkeys by forced feeding using drugs to enhance their growth. The overweight birds suffer immense pain when their legs splinter under their bulky weight.

Rob alleged that turkeys are slaughtered in the most inhumane ways. There are truly horrible details in the message. He encouraged people to call Butterball’s hotline. He asked callers to make requests to the turkey meat supplier to stop torturing turkeys. (It is not going to happen.)

PETA has a hotline: 1-888-veg-food. This provides healthy, vegetarian recipes for Thanksgiving and all occasions.
