Guess which British Royalty has a sex tape?

Nobody has gossiped about the identity of this Royalty so there is no defamation going on. The picture of Prince Harry used was randomly selected for gracing up this post.
Two men got caught in a sting operation by Scotland Yard. They innocently attended a meeting to discuss the sale of a sex tape. The tape supposedly filmed a Royalty receiving oral gratification from a staff of the Palace.
The guys should have sold out to Hollywood. They would have at least the $100 000 asking price and life-long fame and money spinning opportunities.
These two unfortunate blackmailers claimed to possess further damning evidence of drug trafficking. They alleged the same Royalty bartered this service with a bag of coke. How probable is that? That would be a hefty price tag for a one time task.
The men wanted to sell back and blackmail the Royalty with this sex tape but Scotland Yard masqueraded as buyers and caught them red-handed.
