Is Pete Doherty a murderer?

Marco Blanco, 30, was a Cambridge University Philosophy graduate who got mixed up in the wrong company on Dec. 2, 2006. He went to a party and argument with Pete Doherty.
Marco’s mother, Sheila, won’t let the matter rest until she is satisfied. She has watched the video of Marco falling down 30 ft, to his death, from a flat at Whitechapel, London’s East End. This was the home of Pete Doherty’s friend.
There was the usual drinking, merry making and drunken squabbling before an ambulance was called. Marco was found in his last stages of dying, after falling from the second level apartment.
London’s Metropolitan Police did an open and shut case, declaring Marco had either committed suicide or fallen accidentally.
Eye witnesses said Marco had a quarrel with Pete and they forcefully ejected Marco out of the apartment. It is unclear how Marco re-entered the house again and the security camera’s last image of him was his death plunge. The camera captured images of Pete running away from the scene. The party celebrants delayed dialing for the ambulance.
Marco was a registered organ donor and his organs were harvested to save the lives of 3 men.

Even if he was a murderer, with the state of british justice these days, is anyone stupid enough to actually think that he might do time?
