California’s Department of Justice served a total of 8 search warrants to people connected to Anna Nicole Smith before her death.

When officers launched their surprise on Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, they intended to surprise Anna’s psychiatrist. The tables turned against them. Police were surprised when they found Howard K. Stern, Anna’s executor of her estate, actually present at Dr. Khristine’s office!

That is not good news for Howard and Khristine but this is a breakthrough in the case if the State can garner enough evidence to implicate these two.

The search warrants were for business premises owned by Anna’s doctors and a warehouse. Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed methadone to Anna in the days before her death, was also served a warrant. His home and offices were searched.

Anna’s death remains controversial. Many people arepossible suspects until investigations can yield some positive findings.
