Halle Berry is featured on Yahoo news right now. She’s the old black on the block. That’ll be the chopping block where opportunities are axed because of color discrimination. This is nothing new. Kanye West had a meltdown backstage during the MTV VMA because he claimed his color stood was a smackdown.
Halle pulled this old trick out of her crumpled hat when she gave a telephone interview to promote her new movie, “Things We Lost In The Fire”. Being a phone interview, there was no new photo of her being released so we had to dig for this succulent topless one. We’re helping out here.
Halle thinks she won this part because the director was Danish, and a woman. Director Susanne Bier cast’s includes Benico Del Toro, another ethnic minority.
Here’s another contradiction to add to the turmoil. Halle is pregnant now and said she needed motherhood, “like I needed air to breathe”, but quickly made a paradoxical moron out of herself by asserting that she wants to return to work quickly after delivery. She hasn’t even delivered yet and she said, “I am already going a little batty.”
“Things We Lost In The Fire” debuts Oct 19. It is about a widow who helps her husband’s friend overcome heroin addiction, while she gets good karma returned with his help overcoming bereavement.
